Since then, I've been doing adjustments with Paul Ruggiano with incredible results! Not only we solved my lower back pain issue, but I was able to understand and correct some unbalances I had in my posture and running skills, which made a more efficient runner. With in a month of working at Brickell Family Chiropractic I fell on my coccyx while starting to roller skate. Ouch!!! But with the help of Dr. Ruggiano I was better within a 2 week span instead of the many months it took to heal in the past. Yes I’ve broken that bone twice in my life.
